Skype to Study

We are pleased to see Skype being used in universities as a universal method for communication beyond the strictures of a contemporary campus system.

We use Skype to teach American Sign Language online and to also provide live tutoring with students via voice or video conferencing.

As the world expands, and as communities compress, we need more tools of enhanced communication to keep up with our shared demands for deeper access and faster perception.

One day our brains will communicate through panopticonic thought and every vibrating membrane will be recorded and quantified.

The danger of a wild thought is in its ability to tease outlier status and be ignored by the mediocre mind that is unable to sense the genius just beyond their meandering XY plot lines.

Skype is really good. I think I like it better than iChat for video conferencing.

I agree Skype has much richer video than iChat. They both could be much better in providing direct IP addressing for video conferencing, though. Why not provide a full and comprehensive and non-proprietary video collaboration tool?
